The Project owner controls access, roles, and permissions
Content created or managed under a team account may remain accessible to the team owner, even if your membership ends

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Re-Share to:

Post or distribute unlawful, harmful, or misleading content
Violate intellectual property or privacy rights
Spam or abuse connected social media platforms
Interfere with our systems, attempt to hack, or bypass security controls

Violating these rules may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account.

6. Social Media Integrations

Re-Share connects to third-party social networks (e.g., X, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Threads). By linking your accounts, you authorize Re-Share to publish and manage content on your behalf according to your permissions.

Each platform has its own terms of service and policies, which you must comply with. We are not responsible for actions or restrictions imposed by those third-party platforms.

7. Payments and Subscriptions

If you subscribe to a paid plan:

Fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually).
You authorize Re-Share or our payment processor to charge your selected payment method.
Subscription fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.
You may cancel your subscription anytime before the next billing cycle.

Prices and features are subject to change, but we’ll notify you in advance of any material changes.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or publish through Re-Share.
You grant us a limited license to process and transmit your content solely for providing the Service.
All software, trademarks, design, and platform code remain our exclusive property.
You may not copy, resell, or redistribute any part of the Re-Share platform without our prior written consent.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Re-Share is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, compatibility, or freedom from errors or security vulnerabilities.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Re-Share and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including data loss, downtime, or profits).
Our total liability for any claim related to your use of the Service will not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it through your dashboard or contacting support@re-share.com.

We may suspend or terminate access if you:

Breach these Terms
Misuse the platform or API integrations
Engage in fraudulent or harmful behavior

Upon termination, your right to access the Service ends immediately, and we may delete associated data according to our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect product, legal, or business changes. When updates occur, we’ll post the revised Terms with a new “Effective Date” and notify you through email or in-app notices. Continued use of Re-Share after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
